SERVICE DELAYS OR INTERRUPTION
Under normal circumstances orders will be shipped as specified on the Roast and Post Services page. However, in lieu of holiday closings, inclement weather, or some other unforeseeable problem orders will be either shipped earlier than specified or on the next workable business day.
INTERNATIONAL/CUSTOMS DELAY and APO SHIPMENTS
Rarely does Customs or APO services hold, delay, lose or damage packages; however, Caffè Fresco SCR is not responsible for any non-delivered, delayed, lost or damaged shipments, and in the case of delayed or damaged shipments, Caffè Fresco SCR does not guarantee flavor, freshness or replacement of the product.
