The Roast and Post service is designed to satisfy discriminating coffee and espresso lovers by delivering your order well before the beans have degassed, thus allowing you to experience the coffees' Roast Maturation.

Roast and Post sessions occur three days a week. Sessions occur on Monday or Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday, and Friday or Saturday.

Your order will be posted with the USPS Priority Mail immediately after the roast session. Priority Mail should deliver your package in the U.S. within 2 to 3 business days.
