The Toraja region produces the highest quality Sulawesi coffee, and some consider Sulawesi Toraja coffee to be one of the finest coffees in the world. The heavily bodied Sulawesi Toraja coffee has a crisp, spicy aroma with mildly sweet hints of nut and chocolate. Caffe Fresco SCR suggests the Sulawesi Toraja coffee for all brew methods and the Brown Brindle Blend version is a must try.
